Очень противоречивое обслуживание. Некоторые люди были очень доброжелательны и любезны, другим, казалось, вообще никакого дела нет. Мой номер был очень шумным, я слышал все, что происходит в зале. Кровать была очень старой с ужасно неудобным матрасом. В номере не было чайника, и завтраки не включены. За такую цену я бы остановился где-то в другом месте.

Отель выглядит новым, красивым и броским. Персонал очень приятный и доброжелательный. Отличное месторасположение.

Отель сразу теряет позиции, как только дело доходит до завтрака. Он подается в ресторане на террасе, которым управляет другой хозяин. «Включенный» завтрак означает более дешевый кофе (действительно!), очень маленький завтрак и много таких комментариев, как «это не включено» и «совет также не включен». Все это очень сильно раздражает. (Меню «включенного» завтрака» находится на ламинированном белом листе бумаги размером с открытку, в то время как «нормальный завтрак» находится на стандартном меню). Всё это заставляет вас чувствовать себя скупердяем, который просто пожалел денег на нормальный завтрак.

Очень противоречивое обслуживание. Некоторые люди были очень доброжелательны и любезны, другим, казалось, вообще никакого дела нет. Мой номер был очень шумным, я слышал все, что происходит в зале. Кровать была очень старой с ужасно неудобным матрасом. В номере не было чайника, и завтраки не включены. За такую цену я бы остановился где-то в другом месте.

Все это очень сильно раздражает. (Меню «включенного» завтрака» находится на ламинированном белом листе бумаги размером с открытку, в то время как «нормальный завтрак» находится на стандартном меню). Всё это заставляет вас чувствовать себя скупердяем, который просто пожалел денег на нормальный завтрак.
