Шоколадные пирожные на ресепшене были вкусными, они были компенсацией за перебронирование.

Мы ожидали определенного качества, которое отвечает стандартам известного бренда Hilton. Однако когда мы приехали, на ресепшене нам заявили, что они перебронировали нам номер в другом отеле. Когда приехали в тот другой отель, оказалось, они даже не заметили эту бронь и у них нет номеров для 3 человек, поэтому вместо зарезервированного номера с двумя двуспальными кроватями, нам пришлось спать на одной кровати, и не было даже извинений со стороны отеля Hilton. Мы пытались дозвониться до них, но все, что нам отвечали, это "все будет хорошо, не волнуйтесь"..... :) Ну хорошо. По крайней мере, теперь мы знаем все об этом бренде и больше никогда здесь не остановимся.
