1. Перепутали номера. Бронировали "Джуниор сьют" с большой двуспальной кроватью. А нам дали "джуниор сьют" с обычной двуспальной кроватью. Времени менять номера у нас не было. 2. Плохого качества услуга "завтрак в номер": принесли почерневшую картошку прямо из холодильника. 3. Возврат машины с пункта парковки, который стоит 25 долларов в день, происходил невероятно медленно. 4. Ужин в La Fontana достойного уровня, но цены завышены. 5. Воскресный завтрак-обед не отличался от обычного завтрака.

Мы привыкли жить в Майами и Балтиморе. Отель расположен недалеко от тех мест, которые мы в обязательном порядке собирались посетить. Мы были приятно удивлены отличным обслуживанием и дружелюбием персонала. Ранее мы уже останавливались здесь, но на этот раз сложилось такое впечатление, будто отель стал более ориентированным на качественный сервис. Приятным сюрпризом стал тот факт, что они имеют возможность предоставить своим гостям прокат лимузинов.
