Condos are certainly inhabitable during the process, but please expect noise and some inconveniences. Firewood will be removed from the decks, windows will be covered in plastic and parking will be affected while they are working on each building. They will start on the south end of the project beginning with condos 1-16, and then work their way up the Minaret side. It is unclear when each condo will be affected. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Nomadness Rentals - Calabasas will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
