A guest lease agreement with credit card authorization must be signed and returned to SLA Housing prior to arrival and release of keys. Guest credit card will be charged anytime after the booking is made to secure the reservation. Guest is subject to cancellation policy and penalties as outlined in the property details. Extension requests must be approved by the property. A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
