Please note, although you are getting in through self-entry and electronic codes, we will be also visiting you personally the day of or day after check-in as standard procedure to meet you and to check on everything. Usually guests have questions, and we find it better to be there in person soon after you check-in to help you. As you know pets are not allowed but you must pay the extra $20 per day of stay, upon our approval of only small pets under 39 pounds, and must be kept outside at all times. You should pay this before your reservation please, otherwise our property manager or cameras will catch you and you will have to pay it on the spot. We have additional services you can ask about which we charge an extra fee for if you request them: 1.Early check-in 2. Early luggage drop off 3. Late checkout 4. Full cleaning (during stay) 5. Touch up cleaning (during stay) 6. Pet fee per day 7. Use of our property for commercial purposes (filming / video) - not included in your Airbnb listing ! Also we reserve the rights to charge you penalties for the following damaging scenarios to us: 1. Smoking/weed smoking inside house - you must use the balconies or outside areas 2. Late checkout 3. Broken or Stolen Items 4. Stains on furniture or bedding that cannot be removed 5. Excessive mess 6. Party- no organized parties that will disturb the whole neighborhood- and create extra cleaning 7. Noise complaints after 10 PM on weekdays, and weekends 1 AM NOISE COMPLAINTS: Quiet hours are generally after 10 PM on the weekdays and 1 am on weekends. Noise complaints from neighbors will lead to termination of the reservation. So if you are enjoying yourself in the late hours, just keep inside the house Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
