Included in that email is the rental agreement and the credit card authorization form. Guests need to complete the documents within the 24 hours or the reservation will be at risk for cancellation. Once the property receives the email please follow up and complete it with your information and a copy of your ID and credit card to confirm the booking. Please note: Check-ins after 21:00 Monday through Sunday are subject to a late check-in fee. The late fee per room type varies. Please contact property for details. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
