For damaged items, the property will charge an equal to the value of the damaged item(s) along with a 20% administrative fee through the resolution center. Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, since it can be clogged. Turn off the lights and AC when you are not at home and especially when you check out. No visitors allowed. No parties allowed. Please be respectful to neighbors. Please keep the noise down after 22:00. Do not contact management office. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
