This is a new residential building, with a clean pool. Guests are expected to be respectful. Any proof of excessive noise, occupancy or events will result in your expulsion of the property with no refund, or a fine of 100 USD. This is not a hotel rental. Do not contact or check in with the management of this building. If you need anything please send us a message. Guests will receive one set of keys and garage door opener. There will be fees for any lost or damaged items specified in the House Manual a guest will receive after booking. - $200 USD charge for losing any of the keys or leaving them in another place during the checkout (they should be left on the table). - $100 USD charge for stolen lockbox. - $20 USD charge if the guest arrives 60 min. late to the key delivery appointment. - No Packages or Parcels can be received in the apartment. - Do not smoke inside the apartment. - Make sure you always park in the assigned spot. - Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, since it can be clogged. - Turn off the lights and AC when you are not at home and especially when you check out. - NO visitors, no parties allowed. - Please be respectful to neighbors. - Please, keep the noise down after 8 pm. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
