Guests will receive one set of keys and garage door opener. There will be a fee for any lost or damaged items. - Fee for lost the key or FOB, stolen lockbox, or if the guest arrives 60 min. late to the key delivery appointment - Fee for stolen lockbox. - Fee if the guest arrives 60 minutes late for key delivery. - No Packages or Parcels can be received in the apartment - Do not smoke inside the apartment. - Make sure you always park in the assigned spot. - Please leave dishes clean. - NO visitors, no parties allowed. - Please be respectful to neighbors - Please, keep the noise down after 22:00. Guests are expected to be respectful. Any proof of excessive noise, occupancy or events will result in your expulsion of the property with no refund, or a fine.
