If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation - Property Manager requires a signed Credit Card Authorization Form and a copy of the front and back of the legal ID - The credit card and ID used to book must be present at the time of arrival and will be used as the form of payment. -Contact the property for details regarding damage protection insurance. - Booker must be at least 25 years old to book. - Unapproved late check outs or early check ins are not allowed and will result in an additional fee.
