In that email is the official rental agreement & credit card authorization form. The property will need guests to complete the attached documents within the next 24 hours or the reservation will be at risk for cancellation. Once the property receives the email, please complete it with the proper information, a copy of your ID & credit card then your booking will confirmed. Please note regarding late check-ins: Check-ins after 21:00 Monday through Sunday are subject to a late check-in fee. Please contact property for details. This is also included on the following special holidays: New Year's Eve New Year's Day July 4th Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day Please note: Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed under any circumstances and will incur significant fees. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
