Please note: Shuttle Service is from 9:00am to 4:00pm during weekdays and 9:00am to 2:00pm during weekends. Additionally, we only provide free shuttle to the Long Beach Airport. We do charge a fee of $15 per room per trip (covering up to 4 persons) for the shuttle service to the cruise terminal. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
