This rental price is based upon 10 or fewer guest per night. Reservations with 11 or more guests will receive an additional charge for cleaning fees. Please note: Daily housekeeping is not offered. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age make a reservation and and check in. The security deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests will receive a refund within 7 business days of check out. Guests will receive an email after booking containing a rental agreement. The property must receive the signed rental agreement and a copy of a photo ID within 48 hours of booking to secure a reservation. Please note: The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. The property will send a confirmation email with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken and the rental agreement and copy of ID are received the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you via email. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
