Payment will be collected upon booking or at any time prior to check-in date. All reservations require a security deposit authorization. Guests will receive instructions an email with instructions to complete this process. Security deposit will be refunded or released pending a post-checkout damage inspection. It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
