After booking, guests will receive a payment confirmation email from VacayHome Connect that includes contact information for the local property manager. Charges will appear on the credit card statement as VacayHome Connect. The property manager will provide additional information which may include information on optional services and a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to guarantee your rental. The property manager will provide information on a refundable security deposit and associated rules. Prior to arrival, they will also provide arrival instructions. Certain fees may be reduced or waived at the time of reservation processing based on the length of your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who must also stay for the duration of the reservation. ID may be required. A security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
