Отель мне очень понравился. Номер был замечательным. Причина, по которой я, скорее всего, не буду останавливаться здесь снова - это процесс регистрации. Ожидание было ужасным - мне 25 минут пришлось стоять в очереди. Обычно я останавливаюсь в Трамп, и там мы никогда не ждали больше пяти минут.

June 01 2013Мы здесь замечательно провели время! Мы забронировали king panoramic suite. Наш номер находился на 61 этаже (всего в здании 63 этажа), и оттуда открывался просто потрясающий вид на горы! А еще в отеле есть хороший спортзал и замечательный спа! Также очень понравился и ресторан – вкусная еда и замечательное обслуживание. Наиболее популярным местом среди постояльцев является бассейн – именно там проще всего расслабиться. Потрясающий отель. Наши рекомендации!!

November 20 2012Я не советую этот отель, но все же не могу отрицать хороший дизайн номеров и простор. Мы доплатили 30 баксов за вид из окна на Стрип (после получаса, проведенных у ресепшена при заезде...).
У нас был не очень удачный опыт в отеле wynn, все было настолько плохо, что решили съехать раньше времени и остановиться в Mandarin oriental (который гораздо оказался лучше, просто как небо и земля). Проблема этого отеля в ужасном сервисе, они абсолютно не заботятся о своих клиентах, которые после первого раза сюда не вернутся. Во-первых, здесь ВСЕ за дополнительную плату, даже бассейн (если хотите быть в первых рядах тоже нужно платить). .Бассейны в Encore были закрыты, приходилось через весь отель идти в Wynn. Вы не можете сфотографировать свою девушку и вообще кого-либо из-за "правил". Еда в ресторане при бассейне ужасна, мы решили поесть в буфете, где нужно было выстоять длинную очередь, хоть мы и были гостями отеля!!! В итоге нас отказались обслужить из-за нашего "бассейнского" вида..... Консьерж уходит в 23.00, и если вам нужно зарезервировать место в клубе, вот что вам скажут "сделайте это сами". И это 5 звездочный отель?! Я путешествовал по всему миру, и такое встречаю впервые!! Я рекомендую mandarin oriental, но не этот. Мне пришлось долго ругаться, чтобы съехать раньше времени и не заплатить за это штраф.
