Brand New custom built home with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms located on the exclusive West Side of the Reunion Resort in Castle Pines.

The owner has commissioned one of Reunion's most popular designers who will decorate and furnish in a tasteful ocean theme throughout with complimenting accents giving a bright and relaxing feel to the home making it the perfect space for familiy vacations. With three king-size master suites, two or more families can easily be accommodated in absolute comfort and luxury.

A fully equipped games room will provide hours of entertainment for the children and families alike as a pleasant alternative from the spacious pool patio incorporating a built in Summer kitchen and covered dining area for those al fresco meals and evening cocktails.

This beautiful brand new home is located on the West side of Reunion amongst some of the most prestigious properties in the resort. The decor and furnishing are a collaboration of a renowned designer and the owners which has resulted in a luxurious yet 'homely' feel throughout the property. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and Wi-Fi throughout.

The ground floor living area is open plan at the rear of the home incorporating the kitchen with its granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar which overlooks the formal dining area and family room. The family room has comfortable seating, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, and a wall of patio doors offering access and amazing views of the outdoor living space and golf course beyond.

To the front is games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and seating which will provide hours of entertainment for the family and certain to give the adults some down time. The only bedroom on this floor is the first king-size master suite with the ensuite bathroom having twin vanities and walk in shower. There is also a guest powder room and fully equipped laundry room for added convenience.

Upstairs the landing area provides a second lounge space with ample seating, large TV, and game console. To the rear is the second king-size master suite with its private balcony providing views of the pool area and beyond. The ensuite has twin vanities, tub and walk in shower. Off the landing are two bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other two twin beds, both ensuite bathrooms offer walk in showers. At the front of the home is the fifth bedroom suite which has two full size beds, a private balcony, and the bathroom which offers a tub/shower combination.

Outside will satisfy all your requirements with a covered dining area alongside the built in summer kitchen. This is the perfect space for al fresco dining or simply relaxing at the end of a busy day. A block paved deck area surrounds the heated pool and spa with lounging space to enjoy the Florida sunshine!

NOTE: Pool heat is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. An additional charge of $40 per night would be applied if guests require a heated pool. We recommend pool heat from October through March.

Adult Minimum Age:

There is a security deposit of $500 for condos and $1000 for Homes due upon arrival in the form of a Credit Card Authorization. Upon satisfactory inspection of the property, security deposit pre authorizations will be voided no later than 14 days after departure.
