Персонал отеля был дружелюбным и полезным. Они изо всех сил старались делать все, чтобы мы были довольны. Как итог, я чувствую, что мы полностью получили то, за что заплатили.

У нас был один небольшой инцидент. Мы согласны с тем, что простыне могут меняться раз в три ночи, но нам не изменили их на 4-ый день пребывания. Я оставил карточку перед уборкой, в которой отразил просьбу сменить и простыни, и полотенца. На следующий день не было никаких изменений, горничные так ничего и не сделали. На следующий день, правда, они заменили полотенца, но о замене простыней мне пришлось просить уже на рецепции. И только после этого нам предоставили новое постельное белье. Заметьте, несмотря на этот инцидент, я не меняю своего положительного мнения об этом отеле. Мало того, я бы рекомендовал его любому, кто окажется в Хьюстоне.
