Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in codes to the lock-box for this vacation rental. Reservation costs will be processed at the time of booking. Domestic reservations within 80 km are not allowed. The security deposit of $250 will be charged along with 70% of the reservation fee at the time of booking but will be refunded at the time of check out. There's also a fee for smoking or use of illegal drugs in the room, the balcony or near the building. Any building violations will also be charged from the security deposit. The loss of a key will lead to a change in the door lock (not a key replacement) and will be charged for a replacement of door lock and services involved. If guests do not respond to my messages, I have the right to cancel the reservation because I can not check a guest into the apartment without giving them proper instructions. Upon check-in, ID will be checked with the credit card on file. If they do not match, the property has the right to refuse the reservation. Please note: Upon arrival, we will take a photo of your ID. Your ID has to match the individual that made the reservation. We will keep this photo on file until a success check out has been confirmed without damages. Please inform the hotel 48 hours to 72 hours in advance before arrival using email or text message.
