In order to check in, two individuals in the group must be 30 years of age or older and at least one of those individuals must be named on the rental agreement. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to Distinctive Beach Rentals within 7 days of receiving. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note a baby crib is available for a fee. Contact property in advance for price information and to make arrangements. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Island Winds 504 in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Distinctive Beach Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
