In order to check in, two individuals in the group must be 30 years of age or older and at least one of those individuals must be named on the rental agreement. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to Distinctive Beach Rentals within 7 days of receiving. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note a baby crib is available for a fee. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform 243 Miramar Street in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Distinctive Beach Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
