This vacation rental is being offered by VacayHome Connect in partnership with the professional property manager. Guests will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail from Booking.com, followed by a payment confirmation e-mail, a rental agreement, and contact information for the property from VacayHome Connect. The rental agreement must be signed and returned directly to the property within 48 hours. A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be collect after the booking is completed directly from the professional property manager. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Failure to observe these rules will result in a minimum $250 charge against your security deposit. RVs, campers, and trailers are not allowed in the driveway of the rental or the grounds of the development. Guests must be 25 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian.
