Мне понравились комфорт и свобода, обусловленные тем, что я была гостьей. В отель можно брать домашних питомцев, что было очень кстати. Обслуживание было профессиональным и эффективным. На все просьбы реагировали быстро. Керри и Ванесса - предоставили прекрасный сервис. Будем рекомендовать это место родственникам и друзьям.

Без комментариев. Все понравилось.

У нас в номере было здорово, но пахло как-то странно. В здании всего один лифт и одна багажная тележка. В гостинице нужно срочно делать ремонт и уволить некоторых сотрудников персонала. Один из них относился ко мне так, как будто я ниже его по статусу. На ресепшене никак не могли найти информацию о моем бронировании. После 20 минут снисходительного общения я попросил пригласить администратора, после чего мне сразу выдали ключи от номера. Никогда больше сюда не приеду, так как не заслужил такого отношения со стороны рядовых сотрудников персонала.
