Хорошие и большие номера. На окнах нет штор, поэтому с утра, сквозь жалюзи проникает свет. Уборка проходит только по субботам. На первый день мне не поменяли полотенец, а на второй пришлось стирать его саомму. В ванной комнате не было посуды, для чистки зубой... Номер не проверили перед моим визитом, очевидно, что данная проблема связана с неудачной работой персонала. В попытке связаться со стойкой регистрации у меня возникли проблемы, телефон не работал. Ключ-карта, для доступа в номер работала не с первого раза, пришлось менять карту на стойке регистрации.

Номер бы замечательным, чистым, а окна его были похожи на те, что встречаются на чердаках. Кровать была прекрасна. Душ был совершенен. Персонал, который принес наш завтрак утром, был очень хорошим и доброжелательным.

Мне пришлось ждать 15 минут на рецепции в то время, как два сотрудника регистрировали одного человека, у которого не было бронирования. Это было не слишком любезно с их стороны и произвело на меня плохое впечатление. Особенно, когда еще два сотрудника вошли на рецепцию и проигнорировали нас. Я никогда раньше не останавливался в этом отеле, и ни один из сотрудников не удосужился мне дать подробную информацию об инфраструктуре гостиницы.
