Мне ничего не понравилось.

Нужно срочно нанять более веселый персонал.

Персонал на ресепшене постоянно грустный и угрюмый. Наш номер был небольшим, и окна выходили на тренажерный зал, так что нам пришлось держать окна постоянно закрытыми. В ванной комнате мы нашли таракана. Это было так отвратительно. Больше никогда сюда не вернусь.

Отличное расположение рядом с ресторанами, магазинами, барами и аттракционами, которые были прекрасными. Плюсом отеля является возможность более раннего заселения.

В нашем здании было 4 лифта, но работало только два из них. Сотрудники автоматически взимают с вас налог в 50-60 долларов, но не говорят об этом. У нас не было автомобиля, но парковка стоила 49 долларов - это просто абсурдно! Кроме того, люди приходили и жаловались, что там работает всего два человека в выходные, в то время как играет хоккейный, баскетбольный и бейсбольный Бостон.

Превосходный отель, фантастическое центральное местоположение. По подземному переходу можно быстро добраться к большому торговому центру и любому из множества ресторанов. Кроме того, справа от отеля находится трамвайная остановка, откуда можно уехать практически в любую точку Бостона. Замечательное обслуживание, отличный персонал. Я настоятельно рекомендую этот отель.
