This will not affect any of the guest reservations and will not restrict any of your views. Guests may experience some noise disturbances, however the property will try to keep it to a minimum. The works are expected be carried out Monday - Friday and updates will be provided. Please note that weekend and bank holiday check-in times are not flexible. Please inform Morland House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 375 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
