A farmhouse bed and breakfast set on a working sheep farm in the Scottish borders, Abbotshaw House Farm B&B offers luxurious rooms with views of the Liddel Water Valley. With free parking and Wi-Fi, it lies on a private country estate with 363 acres of farmland and woods and 1-mile stretch of private river. The property is nestled in the beautiful Liddesdale Valley on the Border Reiver Trail.

Guest rooms feature super king-size beds. Each has a large flat-screen TV with DVD player and en suite or private bathroom with bath and, in most rooms, a power shower.
