All payments must pass the 3D Secure authentication screen to confirm the guest's identity with their credit or debit card provider. For same day bookings, the balance must be paid for before 16:30 on the date of check-in. Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date.
