A security deposit between GBP 200 and GBP 2000 is required on arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation, 5 workings days after your departure. ZEN Apartments will send guests an email after booking to take payment for their reservation. Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID. Zen Apartments operates a very strict no party, no gathering policy. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged automatically. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, children cannot be accommodated at the property. When organising a meet and greet with the owners for check-in, guests must give at least 10 minutes' notice prior to arrival to ensure a representative is present. Guests arriving after 20:00 must collect keys from the security office at: Meridian Place, Marsh Wall, E14 9FE London. There is an extra cost for out of hours service.
