Самым большим достоинством отеля является его безупречно дружелюбный и приветливый персонал. Хочется выделить ночного дежурного - молодого итальянца (во всяком случае, нам так показалось), который специально открыл для нас бар посредине ночи, когда мы поздно вернулись с прогулки и захотели поболтать в тишине с бокалом вина. Вот это по-настоящему индивидуальный подход! Сам номер тоже не разочаровал - просторный, чистый, уютный, с хорошим душем. Супер!

Дизайн комнаты, туалет и расположение отеля отличные.

Кондиционер не работал с первого дня и нам удалось привлечь их внимание только с шестого раза или около того... Нам даже не дали компенсацию за первую ночь. Вы платите за услуги, но не получаете их. Менеджер сказал, что не в его полномочиях изменять цены. Если так, то почему менеджер самый главный????
