Мы провели три ночи в отеле, который был очень расслабляющим и приятным. Номер был очень просторным, чистым и тихим. Полезный персонал, который всячески старается заботиться о своих гостях. Расположение отеля является идеальным для осмотра достопримечательностей Лондона. Всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы находится станция метро Ланкастер Гейт, а также Гайд-Парк. Даже до Ноттинг-Хилл из отеля можно добраться пешком за 15 с небольшим минут. Единственным недостатком был не самый лучший бар отеля, но мы не горевали, так как в округе есть огромное множество отличных пабов. Мы рассмотрим возможность остановки в этом отеле во время нашего следующего визита в Лондон.

Персонал был очень внимателен. Превосходное расположение. Порадовало наличие стабильно работающего душа с горячей водой.

Нас заселили в номер на втором этаже. Здесь было холодно, поэтому в кратчайшие сроки нас переселили на четвертый этаж - здесь условия были много лучше.
