Центральное расположение, высокое качество, доброжелательный персонал

Расположение, напротив би-би-Си чуть выше Оксфорд-Серкус, было идеальным для наших трех ночей, похода в театр и шоппинг. The Langham оправдала все наши ожидания. Классический номер был с видом на море, с большой ванной комнатой. Все сотрудники были дружелюбны, внимательны и эффективны.

Когда-то я забронировал номер в этом отеле, и здесь мне очень понравилось, теперь я останавливаюсь здесь каждый раз, когда приезжаю в Лондон. В отеле мне нравится работа услужливого персонала, атмосфера, царившая в гостинице и красивые окрестности. Вся еда за завтраками вкусная. Все сотрудники рады прийти на помощь любому гостю. Эту гостиницу я могу назвать своим домом на время пребывания в Лондоне. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу этого замечательного места.

Месторасположение гостиницы просто превосходное. Администратор был неимоверно учтив и услужлив, несмотря на то, что так и не смог устранить проблему с отоплением в моем номере. Скорость интернета приятно удивила.

Маленькие комнаты с минимальными удобствами (хотя я и знал это на момент резервирования). Отопление не работало, а мастер присланный администрацией не имел ни малейшего понятия об устранении проблемы и инструментов. Спустя много времени, мне заменили комнату. Отсутствие дворецкого (учитывая стоимость проживания). Катастрофически слабое водяное давление в душе и супер решение сантехника – закрыть слив и помыться таким образом! Мои жалобы по поводу напора воды были услышаны, но способов их решения так и не нашлось.
