Отель Chesterfield Mayfair работал на высшем уровне от начала до конца. По прибытии мое настроение было плохим, таким же, как и погода, персонал бара предоставил мне горячий чай с медом и лимоном, что несколько согрело меня. Позже сотрудники даже принесли мне мед в номер на случай, если я решу пить чай. Мой роскошный номер был очень удобным и просторным, если брать во внимание британские стандарты. Номер имел два больших окна и был со вкусом оформлен. Ванная не была большой, но отличалась современностью и большими размерами. Тропический душ в ней был просто потрясающим. В этом отеле работали действительно выдающиеся сотрудники, которые сделают все, дабы их гости были довольны своим отдыхом.

Ранняя регистрация в 10 часов утра. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал.

Мне нужно было распечатать несколько деловых документов, но в принтере закончилась краска. Кроме того, один из сотрудников ресторана был не самым дружелюбным.

Английский отель, как он есть.

Превосходный отель и превосходное расположение - парки (Хайд и Грин) и шоппинг (Нью Бонд-Стрит, Оксфорд-Стрит and Риджент-стрит) в шаговой доступности. Очень английский отель, вполне соответствует своим четырем звездам, что редкость для Англии. Отличная атмосфера и обслуживание. В целом, жемчужина Лондона! Только один недостаток: нет зарядки для iPhone в номере.
