St. Martins Lane - это отель, полностью оправдывающий свой 5-тизвездочный статус. Окно от пола до потолка, что так несвойственно отеля Лондона. Кровать была замечательной и очень удобной. Первоклассная ванная комната. Высокое качество изображения в телевизоре и большой выбор каналов. На входе все гости проходят через золотистые вращающиеся двери. Прекрасное расположение недалеко от Лестер-стрит - райского места для любителей свежего кофе и послеобеденного чая. В двух кварталах отсюда находится Ковент Гарден. Я обязательно вернусь сюда.

Интересный дизайн, отличное расположение, приветливый персонал

Немного расстроены отсутствием некоторых удобств в номере, ног это минималистический стиль, в конце концов! Для номера deluxe, он казался маленьким и недостаточно роскошным.

Мы вселились в Upgraded Room. Номер был простым, чистым и расслабляющим. Очень понравились дизайн и освещение. В первый же вечер нам в номер принесли вкусные трюфели. Ричард нам помог с чемоданами и был очень приятным и дружелюбным, рассказал что где находится и какие услуги предлагает отель. Кровать очень удобная и большая. Когда мы вернулись вечером в номер, то обнаружили, что кто-то зажег для нас в ванной свечу. Расположение просто фантастическое.

Я дважды звонил на ресепшен и просил выписаться из отеля на один час позже, но мне дважды отказали, причем не в самой вежливой форме. Я получил один и тот же ответ: «Само поздно, когда мы можем выписать, это 12 часов». Я объяснил, что у нас много вещей, и в аэропорту нам надо быть на один час позже. Но в трубке услышал все тот же ответ.
