Хороший уютный отель, имеющий, к тому же, прекрасное расположение. Замечательное (во всех отношениях) обслуживание. Невероятно участливыми были администраторы – они давали советы насчет достопримечательностей и всегда вызывали для нас такси. Приятная атмосфера и приемлемые цены в баре и ресторане. Наш номер был небольшим, но зато он был хорошо обставленным и чистым. Отличное соотношение цены и качества (как для Лондона)!

Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал на рецепции: они вмиг решили возникшую у нас проблему.

Главной проблемой был шум кондиционера, расположенного за нашим окном на улице. Все было настолько плохо, что нас переместили в другой номер на другом этаже. Действительно ужасные и неудобные подушки.

Цена на сайте не соответствует действительности. Мы бронировали двухкомнатный номер, а получился двухместный однокомнатный. Номер был небольшой и без ванны.

Хороший уютный отель, имеющий, к тому же, прекрасное расположение. Замечательное (во всех отношениях) обслуживание.
