August 03 2013В гостинице работает доброжелательный персонал. Мой номер был просторным и комфортабельным. Гостиница расположена рядом со станцией метро, ресторанами и большими магазинами.
Ковер в прихожей нужно заменить. Душевая кабина протекает. Обслуживание номеров было ужасным.
Мы с женой американцы, живущие в Англии по долгу службы. Мы остановились в этой гостинице, чтобы отпраздновать годовщину нашей свадьбы. В принципе, нам здесь понравилось, но кое-что нужно исправить.

На ресепшене мы поинтересовались о том, где находится самый ближайший ресторан с индийской кухней и нам сразу же выдали карту и показали его расположение. Там мы отведали самые вкусные индийские блюда. В Лондон мы просто влюбились.

March 23 2013Сказка и превосходное обслуживание началось с того момента, как мы только подъехали к отелю. Нам очень понравился номер и то, что отель расположен рядом с Сохо и многими другими элитными ресторанами. Сотрудники были дружелюбны, добры и очень полезны. В отеле было казино и бар, что нам также понравилось.
Единственное, что мне не понравилось, так это бездомные, которые постоянно стучатся в окно и просовывают чашку в надежде, что я дам им денег. Кроме этого нет больше никаких претензий - отель определенно заслуживает тех пяти звезд, что имеет на фасаде.

Отличное расположение, чудесный ужин в отеле, все, что вам может понадобиться, находится в шаговой доступности. Магазин прямо напротив отеля, что удобно для пар с детьми или если вы просто захотите купить бутылку воды. Однако я была возмущена просьбой сотрудников проверить мой мини-бар, так как они меня подозревали в краже бутылки воды оттуда! Тем не менее, я бы снова остановилась в отеле Mayfair из-за того, что это хорошее сочетание цены и качества и его расположение просто идеальное.
