Children’s Spa Policy Children’s access timings are between 09:00 and 12:00. Children’s access guidelines: Pool: • Children up to the age of 15 years must be supervised in the pool by at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times. • Children under the age 5 years must be supervised in the pool by at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of one child to one adult at all times. Jacuzzi, Steam room and Sauna room: • Children from the age of 8 to 15 years must be supervised in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times. • Children below the age of 8 years are not permitted in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna. Please note, for Non-Refundable bookings, guests are kindly required to present at check in the same credit card used to to make the reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
