At check-out the guest will leave keys at the property unless otherwise agreed with the greeter. There is a GBP 50 charge for loss of any key payable from the valid credit card as per the deposit policy. Guests travelling by taxi can receive a GBP 20 discount when pre-booking the taxi with the property directly. The property reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation in the event of excessive noise or nuisance to other guests and residents. Please note that there is no concierge service.
