After full payment is received, proof of ID that matches the payment card is required to be sent by email before arrival, in order to verify customer's details. If the card is invalid, Kensington Apartments will not send the instructions with the access code. Parties and gatherings are not permitted at this property. Please note guests must be aged 21 years or over to book an apartment. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required for certain types of rooms. You will be sent a 3D secure payment link and payments are required at least 3 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if the apartment has been used in accordance with the terms and conditions and after an inspection on the apartment has taken place during and after your stay. Refunds usually take 3 to 5 working days to reach your account. If you’re arriving after 23:00, please inform the property in advance. Please note there is no lift in the building. Please inform Kensington Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
