Расположение.

Очень хорошее расположение – недалеко от Paddington Heathrow express. В отеле как раз идет ремонт, лобби хороший, и скорее какой-то стерильный. Наш номер был посредственным, кое-что нужно поменять, например постельное белье и подушки (имеющиеся были синтетическими). В отеле есть спортзал и внутренний бассейн, но они были очень маленькими, а в бассейне, к тому, было очень много вопящий детей. Мы хотели сходить на урок йоги, но нам сказали, что данная услуга в тот момент была недоступной. Не очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества, поэтому не рекомендую этот отель.

Очень понравился отель, вид из окна просто удивительный, особенно из ресторана на верхнем этаже. Персонал очень любезен и потрясающая еда. Понравился номер. Очень хороший, просторный, жили вчетвером и не ощущали дискомфорта, удобные кровати. Даже почувствовали себя немного разбалованными комфортов.

Тесные раздевалки в бассейне и еще не хватало сушилки для одежды.

Ресторан на нижнем этаже отказал нам в обслуживании, ссылаясь на проблемы с кухней. Менеджер в ресторане на двадцать третьем этаже попросил подождать пока он проверит есть ли свободные столики, хотя ресторан был наполовину пустой. Сразу после нас пришли еще две пары, которых сразу усадили за стол. Пока мы ждали нам не предложили никакого напитка. Крайне разочарован в обслуживании. Такое впечатление что нас просто игнорировали. Не буду больше останавливаться в этой гостинице.
