Please note guests are requested by Clapham Apartments to contact them by email 48 hours before arrival to discuss check-in arrangements. The apartments are self-service and there is no reception. Arrival times must be agreed in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not permitted. The surrounding properties are occupied by families, so noise should be kept to a minimum. Late arrivals after midnight will be subject to a surcharge of GBP 40. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Clapham Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
