The credit card used for the booking must be in the lead guests name. The lead guest must be over 18 years of age and must be present at check in. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. All apartments are strictly non smoking and a charge of 1 nights stay will be charged for any breach of this clause. Early check in can be accommodated where possible at an additional fee. Late check in after 18:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 60, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note that visitors are not allowed. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded.
