Меня очень порадовали условия. Было очень чисто. Нас быстро зарегистрировали и вселили. Мы имели возможность готовить самостоятельно. Нас было восемь человек, поэтому хорошо, что могли обедать вместе. У нас было несколько apartments и один deluxe room. deluxe room был достаточно большой, поэтому мы собирались именно здесь. Отель находится всего в пяти минутах ходьбы от станции метро Westhampstead. Это очень хороший вариант по соотношению цены и качества.

Не очень удобная лестница, поэтому у людей с ограниченными возможностями здесь могут возникнуть проблемы.

Номера новые и чистые.

Нет как такового ресепшена. Двери в ванную комнату закрывались плохо. В номере постоянно шумно. На завтрак подают три круассана, которые выглядят просроченными. Мне кажется, что их хранят в холодильнике до тех пор, пока не выбросят. Все электроприборы работают плохо: светильники, чайник, фен. В гостинице нет работника, который мог бы устранить все мелкие неполадки.

Late arrivals should notify 291 Suites 2-3 hours before arrival, and are subject to an additional surcharge. Photo ID (a driving license or passport) is required at the time of check-in and must match the card used at the time of booking. The card used at the time of booking is required at the time of check in. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
