A 30% payment at the time of booking and balance 4 weeks prior to arrival will be requested. Hen, stag, and similar party bookings are accepted for guests over 27 only. Please note guests will be asked to sign a no excessive noise policy on arrival. Children can be accommodated at the property when accompanied by an adult. Kindly note the accommodation is accessed via stairs which may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
