Bookings of 3 or more apartments are considered group bookings and a 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be debited from the guest's card at the time of booking. Posh Pads at Liverpool 1 will pre-authorise GBP 150 breakage and incidentals security deposit upon arrival. All pre-authorisations are rescinded on check-out. Most banks will make the funds available again within 48 hours, however certain debit cards can take up to 10 days. Cash deposit is also accepted instead of credit / debit card pre-authorisation when accompanied by a valid passport or driver's licence. The deposit and ID are returned subject to the housekeeping check upon departure. Secure underground parking is available for GBP 12 per car per night. Please note the entrance to the car park is steep. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. In adherence to fire and health and safety regulations the property is unable to accommodate disabled guests as it is unable to provide adequate means of escape in the event of a fire. The property apologises to any potential guest affected by this decision, however this decision has been carefully considered following professional advice to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
