Base are pleased to offer both serviced apartments and standard double rooms (without kitchen facilities) in a central location. Located in the centre of the city, Base at Sir Thomas Street is just a short walk away from The Metquarter and Liverpool One shopping centre.

Guests can choose to stay in a standard double rooms with en-suites or in a fully equipped apartment with the added choice to upgrade to a penthouse. All serviced apartments feature stylish well-equipped kitchens with laundry facilities, along with widescreen TV’s and living spaces.

Complimentary welcome packs and toiletries are provided, as well as discounted parking vouchers and free high-speed WiFi in every apartment.

Liverpool’s popular Cavern Quarter, with its many restaurants and bars is just a few minutes walk away, whilstThe Cathedrals, Museums and Theatres are within easy reach. Anfield and Goodison Park football stadiums are both within 4 km from the property and the Royal Albert Dock, boasting several tourist attractions is 1.2 km away.

The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in. All guests must be aged 25 years or older. Alternative arrangements can be made for late and early check-ins outside of the stated hours, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20 and must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there. Management will request a photographic ID and will pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation). Please be advised that guests will check in at a separate location just a 10-minute walk from Lime Street station. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
