A pre-authorisation of GBP 200 per apartment is taken by card as a damage deposit upon arrival. This pre-authorisation will be released upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 2. Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable GBP 30 cleaning fee. The property will still need a written pre-authorisation but nothing is held against the account. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. The property does not accept American Express as a form of payment. Luggage storage at the property is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and the 4 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor have a lot of stairs and no lift to gain access to the apartments. There are no lifts at the property. Please note, free WiFi service is available but not guaranteed. The deluxe apartments are located at 24 York Place and this will be the meeting point for the check-in. All other apartment bookings will be met at 20 York Place and will be checked into 20 or 20A York Place. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
