This will be cancelled/fully refunded after departure, subject to any deduction for breakages, loss and/or damage and/or if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition and/or if late check out fees must be levied. Late check-out must be pre-booked. Juliots Well Cottages do not accept payments made by American Express cards. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Access to each cottage is via individual keysafes located by the front door of each property. Prior to your arrival you will be forwarded an arrival letter by email with details of the cottage name, location and keysafe code. It is imperative that you bring this with you so that you have these details on arrival as the property does not have a reception office located onsite. A security deposit of GBP is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
