A security deposit of GBP 500 is required for incidentals and is payable with the balance. This deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This refund can take up to 7 days to be processed. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages, or loss and will be charged accordingly. A copy of the City Pad terms and conditions will be emailed with your booking receipt and is also available on request. Payment will be made using the card details supplied. Guests that wish to make other arrangements for payment can contact the property using the Special Request section after booking. Please note that as the property is located in a residential area, this accommodation is not suitable for parties, as there is a noise restriction after 22:00.
